Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

EU consumers: right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last item. You may also notify us of withdrawal before delivery.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to hello@tribute8.com or to EACO Adria d.o.o. at the postal address above, identifying you and your order. You may use the model form below, but this is not compulsory. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient. A valid statutory withdrawal does not require our approval.

Withdraw online

You can also use Withdraw from contract: sign in with the email used for your order, select the order, and submit a cancellation request before fulfilment or a return request after fulfilment. You will receive an email acknowledging the request. A statutory withdrawal does not depend on our approval. You may always use the email or postal options above, including if the online option is unavailable for your order.

Refunds following EU withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days after the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We do not have to reimburse extra costs if you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and charge no reimbursement fee.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning goods and return costs

Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Sending them before that period expires is sufficient. Contact us for the appropriate return routing and carrier instructions, particularly for alcohol-based perfumes; this does not make your withdrawal conditional on prior approval.

You bear the direct return shipping costs if we informed you of that obligation before purchase, unless we agreed to cover them. We do not charge a restocking or administration fee for exercising the statutory withdrawal right. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, and only where the statutory conditions are met. Original packaging is helpful for safe transport but is not a general condition of statutory withdrawal.

Statutory exceptions

Withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Simply manufacturing a standard product after an order is placed does not itself make it personalised. The exception for sealed goods unsealed after delivery applies only where the goods are genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. Opening perfume packaging does not automatically remove your withdrawal right. Your rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Uncollected parcels

Refusing delivery or not collecting a parcel does not, by itself, constitute a withdrawal notice. Please contact us so that we can agree the next steps. Any claim for necessary additional delivery or return costs depends on applicable law and the circumstances; we do not impose an automatic penalty or restocking fee for non-collection.

Customers outside the EU

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible goods that are unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with seals intact. Contact hello@tribute8.com with your order number. You bear direct return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise. Approved voluntary returns are refunded to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Personalised goods are excluded from this voluntary policy unless faulty.

This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, delivery, refund, warranty or other consumer rights in your country, state or province, including applicable US and Canadian rights. Where local law provides more favourable rights, those rights apply.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact hello@tribute8.com with your order details and, where reasonably possible, photographs. We provide the remedies and bear the costs required by applicable law. A request for photographs is not a condition that removes statutory rights.

EU legal guarantee

EU consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery; national law may provide longer protection. Depending on the circumstances, remedies include free repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination and refund. These rights exist independently of withdrawal or any commercial guarantee.
