Refund policy
General return policy
We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unopened, unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes, cosmetic products or other personal care items once they have been opened, unsealed or used.
Custom, personalized or made-to-order products, including custom fragrance blends, engraved bottles or other bespoke items, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To request a return, please contact us by email or through our contact form and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Returns sent back without prior notice may be delayed or refused.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, including postage, packaging and any customs or import charges, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or unless we expressly state otherwise.
Items must be returned without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after your return request has been approved or, where applicable, after you notify us of your withdrawal.
Refunds are issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the returned item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photos where possible. In such cases, we will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy such as replacement, refund or other solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email or via our contact form. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, including postage, packaging and any customs or import charges, unless we expressly agree to cover those costs. This applies only where such costs were clearly communicated before purchase.

Exclusions from the EU right of withdrawal
The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. For that reason, opened or unsealed perfumes, cosmetic products and similar personal care items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
The EU right of withdrawal also does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, including custom fragrance blends, engraved bottles and other bespoke products.
