Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with TRiBUTE8. This shipping policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed through our online store.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotions, holidays or when an item is made to order.
Shipping destinations
We ship to customers in the United States, the European Union and selected international destinations. If shipping is not available to your country at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
Shipping methods and delivery times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 2–7 business days
- European Union: 5–14 business days
- Other international destinations: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, seasonal demand, remote destinations or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any free shipping offer, flat-rate shipping or special shipping promotion will be clearly shown on the website at the time of purchase.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, there are no additional import customs duties or clearance fees. EU customers pay the product price and any shipping costs shown at checkout, and any applicable VAT is handled by us according to local rules.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees and similar charges once it reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout, and they vary by country and local regulations.
Order tracking
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal to accept the shipment, we may require payment of the reshipping cost before sending the order again.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, security screening, labor disruptions or other events outside our reasonable control. However, we will do our best to assist you if a shipment is delayed.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and any relevant photos or details. We will review the issue and work with the carrier where appropriate.
Returns and withdrawal
Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union and exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded as required by law, but you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we expressly state otherwise.
