Built on pure Javanol, a modern molecule prized for pushing sandalwood's creamy, milky character further than natural sandalwood oil can go on its own. Where classic sandalwood can read thin or dusty in a fragrance, Javanol is rich and velvety — smooth rather than sharp, and remarkably long-lasting on skin.

Javanol 04 sits between our Iso E Super releases and a true traditional sandalwood scent: creamy and comforting, with just enough presence to be noticed without demanding attention.

Crafted in small batches at our EU atelier since 2005. 100ml, unisex.

First Impression— on application

Creamy, milky sandalwood opens softly, gentle rather than sweet.

The Heart— 15–30 minutes in

Like Vetiver 03, Javanol 04 skips Iso E Super in favor of Javanol, a sandalwood-family molecule with its own smooth, consistent character.

The Drydown— hours later

It settles into a warm, creamy base that stays close to the skin — refined and quiet through to the end.

Note: like Vetiver 03, Javanol 04 is NOT built on Iso E Super. Minimalist by design — “less is more,” taken seriously.

How to Wear

Spray 2–3 times on pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears. It develops over the first 10–15 minutes, so give it time before reapplying.

Great Fragrance. Underrated. Must for sandalwood lovers. This has an added Rose accord which makes it smell delicious, airy and royal. Spray with a light hand - and on areas away from your nose, so that you get light whiffs constantly.
